That’s your truth. Start there.
2️⃣ Keep Micro Promises to Yourself
Self-trust isn’t built through big declarations.
It’s built through small, consistent follow-through.
“I’ll drink more water.”
“I’ll rest tonight.”
“I’ll speak up in that meeting.”
Then actually do it.
Your nervous system starts to go: “Ah. She shows up now. We’re safe here.”
3️⃣ Use Breath & Somatics to Get Out of the Loop
You can’t think your way back to self-trust.
You have to feel it.
When your body feels safe, your truth gets louder.
✨ Breathwork. Shaking. Sighing. Stillness.
These regulate the system so you can finally hear yourself again.
