I remember when I first heard this quote from Intentional Living by John Maxwell:

"Prayer is when we talk to God. Intuition is when God talks to us."

The moment I heard that, my whole body went on high alert. I was driving home from a jobsite, and suddenly, I felt it—a deep hum under my skin, a knowing that I was never alone.

Intuition is not random. It is guidance.

Here’s why most people ignore it:

🛑 We’ve been conditioned to value logic over instinct.

  • Society teaches us that rational thinking = safety.

  • But true wisdom comes from integrating both logic AND intuition.

🛑 Fear hijacks our decision-making.

  • The ego craves certainty, but intuition requires trust.

  • Fear says, "What if you fail?"

  • Intuition says, "What if you fly?"

🛑 We’re too distracted to hear it.

  • Constant noise, social media, and mental clutter drown out our inner voice.

  • Intuition speaks in stillness. If you’re always in motion, you won’t hear it.

🔥 The moment in my car? That was an awakening. A quiet nudge saying, "It’s time to listen now."

Step 2: Feel It in Your Body

A deep knowing without needing logic.

💡 When something is NOT aligned, you’ll feel:
Tightness, resistance, heaviness.
A subtle discomfort, even if it "looks good on paper."

I used to need three nudges before I’d trust myself. One day, a friend said, "Your guides are getting frustrated. Stop waiting for the third nudge!"

I hadn’t even told them about my pattern. That was the moment I realized—intuition is a two-way relationship. The more you trust it, the louder it speaks.
